Netflix just get it. They consistently aim to make things easier for the viewer. That effort really does extend to the whole family too. Last year I loved this New Years Eve cheat that Netflix developed. It was a roaring success and I know it will be this year also.
Do you have children who are old enough to understand the concept of the famous ten second countdown on the 31st December, but too young to actually stay awake until midnight? Netflix has got you covered. They have taken all of your children’s favourite shows and created a short new year’s eve countdown that can be played at ANY TIME. This means that your child can experience the novelty of the New Years Eve countdown and still stay somewhat in their routine that evening. Isn’t that lovely?
Last year we had great fun ringing in the New Year with all Billy’s favourite characters from Puffin Rock. This year it will most likely be Beat Bugs which he just loves recently. It will probably happen at about 9pm which means that there wil. be more time for us adults to celebrate together.
As for New Years Day, did you know that 1st January is officially the most popular day of the year for Netflix Children’s Content? Have a lazy day and let the whole family enjoy a binge of their favourite shows. According to Netflix’s research, these are the shows your child might enjoy!
