There wasn't a speck of food left It's got smoked bacon, garlic (frozen one from @aldi_ireland ) onion (again, frozen. So handy) punnet and a punnet of mushrooms then wholewheat pasta cooked al dente and added to the cooked pasta. 4 days ago by traceysblog Healthy extra B pancakes. 40g oats, 2 eggs, half tub Quark, tablespoon sweetener and teaspoon vanilla essence. Blitz together and it should give you 9-10 mini pancakes. I shared them with little man so only half my healthy extra B gone today. I also used 1 syn of @sweetfreedomuk choc shot and speedy fruit!!
